Built on Conviction
XPro Jet Charters was founded on a simple belief: that private aviation should deliver on the trust passengers place in it — every time, without exception. Our founders came to that belief from opposite ends of the industry. One spent a lifetime in the air. The other spent years as a client who expected more and rarely received it. Different paths, the same conclusion: that doing this right required building it right, from the ground up.

XPro Jet Charters was founded by two people whose paths to aviation could not have been more different — and whose vision for what it should become has never been more aligned.
One brings a lifetime of aviation heritage: generations of flight, tens of thousands of hours in the air, and a foundational belief that safety is not a compliance standard but a personal responsibility — one that must come before every other consideration, including revenue.
The other brings the perspective of someone who built and scaled businesses across industries and continents, experienced private aviation as a client who expected excellence and found the industry consistently falling short, and decided the only way to
change that was to build something entirely different — one that delivers on the promise private aviation makes.
Together, they built XPro Jet Charters around a shared set of principles that do not bend: safety first, experience second to none, and integrity in everything they do.
